This monday went to VIENNA The International Seafood & Teppanyaki Buffet Restaurant at Novena for dinner the food there is damn nice, ate lots of sashimi , 3 raw oyster ,2 slice of beef,4 cooked cheese oyster,2 french prawn,2 tiger prawn,half crab,lots of sub dishes ,2 piece of cake =1 coffee de,1 chocolate,and some mush dip in chocolate^^...i ate the most haha,i got a huge stomach...upload the photo next time round.....

As for today i went for a jog at around 5pm to sembawang park there.Rest at there for awhile then jog back home...on the last 6km heavy rain came by then i was already reach my stopping point then walk back home .The rain get even heavier and i was all wet...nvm 2 yrs never let the rain clean me le haha felt really good about it^^
