throwing outthere are alot of things going on here and there, but mainly the cafe stuffs...
have been busy since after my exam rushing to set up the work place condition...
but still no much major changes as wat i think it should eg.
the setting of better seat like sofa...
construct barrier to prevent free sitting...as cafe is too open space...in fact i think the whole building setting is very wrong...
the computers usage ....can we just remove it?
the tables...since the seat has to change ,the table also need to...
the board game display corner...better change the board game display area, bec dont really get much of attention.
the pool and arcade next to us ...bad,they should change their entrance place...
the wii...remove the wii,bec if we wan to get some money from there ,we have to spend lots of money in buying the game disc.
counter and kitchen...................................................
the 4 display menu tv can put to more use,like ad....and our menu food picture is really little, customer will only be attracted by those pics...
the bar we can do more things since is so big...we can sell more drinks just like bubble tea store but much high class,i can create those drinks...
waffle machine ...not a standard waffle machine...its quite dirty and i give up in cleaning it, still can use and wont affect the taste of the waffle...just i wan to make it looks new...
the bar counter we can make it look more high class so ppl get attracted by it...
and there are 2 machine taken out our space as we dont use it anymore...
the bar gun, it looks cool but very slow and i felt kind of dirty bec all kind of drink come out from the same mouth...and i am the only one cleaning it...
as for the ice-cream,i think if got green tea fav tat will sell really well unlike those lemon grass...
i think we really need to have some cakes add to our menu...bec this is a CAFE....
the kitchen, hmmm i like the kitchen as tat table is very standard haha and the window as well
the only thing is the sink,its too low and it really hurt my back,in deed not only mine but all kitchen stuffs....

stocking....
it really give me a diffcult time in doing all this...stock checking system, stock replacement,stock running out, restock and stocking instructions....
while i am trying to do all this,there is alot of changes going on here and there, which i dont know for some... and nobody...nobody inform me...and i submit my tables and all instructions i have been doing and staring at computer for a long time just to make the system better and mean well there is changes....when i was completing it, news came and tat system cant work for tat...
so i have to redo it again... redo dont know how many times liao...i know and i understand everything, bec we just get started on this cafe ,so there will be lots lots lots of changes....i dont blame anybody...but since i am the asst manager , i need to know more things than de other be it the operation and all tat...i am untold, about the fish& chip have been change to banana fish,and i ordered the fish and chip then later i came to know it changed, luckily garret saw wat i written otherwise ....come on i am the asst manager any changes to the stock must let me know, after all u 2 are the boss can decide on wat u gona change, unlike us we have to discuss with u ...and since u give us to do the stocking plz let me know wat have u ordered as fast as possible...otherwise i dont know about it at all ......
we really need a good communication system...
and i have done much more things than de other, and its really alot more, u should know tat.i have been doing wat other wont really willing wan to do de job, i have done extra job be it my kitchen staff role.i have been there at tat cafe before opening to help out. i reall do more than wat de other did.or may be i shall just keep to my job, doing nothing extra?
and there is reason tat , u are the boss u have ur laptop or computer , u can do the staffs there while u are working, compare to me ...i dont have the laptop and i am working from 2 to 10 pm, its my duty to stand on guard at the kitchen i cant just sit there using ur laptop to do my stocking staff, while letting u to do my job as kitchen... and i need to wake up at 10am prepare to head for work and reach home at 12am more or less .by the time i reach home bath and eat, it will be 1am plus and i need to slp ...and u know i do more than wat other did, i get more tired,washing those plate really hurt my back as i hurt my back before...i know we can stay out late just to do the stocking staff.but sometime its just too tired and late for us to do it.as the next day i will be working again.further more terence's com is spoil ..
other than work i still got family stuff to do as well.

all the changes, some are under going some are not.
all this comment is wat i think best for the CAFE ..after all its a CAFE ,but right now wat i felt is we are a fast food restaurant rather than a CAFE.
and after all its left to my 2 bosses to decide bec its their business...
i know and understand tat u need to cut costs,as running 2 cafe is difficult and both have not really make money yet...but something u have to try, in order to earn more back...
all of this is wat i have been thinking since the cafe start, there is more but not much to mention or may be i left it out.
and all of this i written is just my throwing out...is up to u to decide ,no unhappyness no angryness.calm and steady lol...
